I see you have Patreon. Just as a heads up they do not allow incest content to be overt. You have to take some step to get at least with a thinly veiled concealment. Games like Summertime Saga and World of Sisters use a patch that is "unofficial" but I feel the way A Town Uncovered does it is better. For now I think you are good since the main character is not doing anything with his sister but once you add something they could drop the hammer on you.
GeeSeki does a lot of things bad with A Town Uncovered development but the way he got around "no incest" is great. When you start a new game you get to choose "Who is this person to you?" where it give you a few "safe" options like "landlady" but you really you need to select the "Other" option and type in "Mom" or "Sister" then it gives a couple of "We do not condone incest. Are you sure?" warnings you agree to. This way an "unofficial" patch does not need to be maintained or applied with each update.
From what I hear it was not Patreon's idea to ban incest but companies like Visa and MaterCard forcing the issue by threatening to pull access to people using their credit cards with Patreon. Also of note it would seem Subscribestar is small enough that they have not been forced to ban incest and I know of at least one porn game with overt incest on that platform and the developer did not open a Patreon so as to avoid getting banned.
