Identify Can anyone help me remember the name of this Ren'Py(?) game?

As the title said, can anyone help me remember the name of this Ren'Py(?) game?
It's about a the Female Protagonist being cursed by someone else. The Female Protagonist has the curse mark on her belly(just below the belly button) and that she went on a journey to a island or a place where she can get her curse get rid off alongside with a guy that she had sex when she had her curse activated.
It's a Ren'Py game as far as I remember, it's voiced, and that there's EP(Erotic Points?) that once fulled you will be able to do sex scenes with the other guild members or the monsters on the field.

Like Chief of Hooligans said it sounds exactly like Huntress of Nipurheim, it's made with Wolf Engine not Ren'Py.
