How do you save?

Pull up the menu where you see your pokemon, pokedax, item etc, click the save option, and clicke "Flash Cookie" to save, but you should click the "Clipboard" one because that one gives you a save file, as in text version that you can put on a txt document and you can load that whenever. The reason for this is because the Flash Cookie save option often fucks up i think its happens when you move the folder with the game in a different place, anyways it deletes the flash cookie save. Hope that answers your question

uhhhhh its been a couple months so I don't know if you still don't know the answer to that but ill answer it anyways now, they both have the same beginning but the Evil Edition you join Team Rocket and is generally a dysfunctional game, while humbirdo's Pokémon game is the game if you didn't go to Team Rocket and if i remember correctly, it is a "Functional" game or at least more so than the Evil Version

Is it possible to get past Misty in the Pokemon evil game? I have no clue what to do
