But I'm out of luck, I usually use only Genesis 8 models, neither I like Genesis 3 nor Genesis 8.1. I don't know if it is possible to convert a Genesis 3 to Genesis 8, the truth is that I am only interested in the face.

This is probably the best converter from G3 to G8, works with both male and female characters. G3 textures work on G8, so you can get pretty much an exact match after conversion.
