They've got a blog page, but the website seems to block translations so i can't read any of it, From the screenshots the game looks pretty far along
Can anyone who reads Japanese tell me if there's any planned release date for Kegani Laboratory's new game?

You don't provide a link.
I highly doubt they block translations. But if they do, copy page text into a translator app.
Or, use a translator app on a phone to use camera to translate.
That's just two quick ideas that should work
From what I've seen there is no new game release. Kegani Laboratory's just re-releasing this game but published by Shiravune:
