Okay, I'm having a hard time remembering anything about this doujin, but here's a list of things that might be true about it:

main heroine is trying to save her friend from some really big monster or guy and gets defeated real bad.

i believe he breaks her arm

i think she's a magical girl or female knight or something

i think by the end of it he crushes her head

it leans heavy into ryona/guro

I think shes mid high and her friend is small. she may have also had mid size breats

Any chance it was a part from Fan no Hitori's JK Taimabu series? Would be nice if you could recall a few more details(modern or older style, small or well known artist, maybe even the site you think you saw it on) because unfortunately this is kinda vague to work with.

No, unforunately, that isn't it. It was a while back, so that's why I'm having a hard time remembering anything about it.

I think it was modern, becuase I also thing it was a magical girl, but I really couldn't say.

I don't remember the artist at all.

It may have been on hentaifox, imhentai, hitomi, or nhentai.

I wanna say it was kinda short and not part of a series.
