If I make a character in honey select, then use it in my own game, is it allowed/legal? If I use someone's modded clothes is it allowed too? And importantly can it be done?

I see, I'm sorry in advanced if I sounded greedy, but what if I make patreon? Is it the same as selling?
Whoops my bad, just noticed the developer has patreon too. Anyways what about modded outfits? Should I ask the modders permission first?

Many mods are already using stolen assets from other games/artists, so I doubt the modders themselves could even give you permission unless they were the copyright owners.
Using modded outfits can increase the chances of someone claiming your content but don't forget that technically it is all illegal already if you are using HS.

Stick with cartoon graphics, cause if you use anything of mine (which is all RL porn) you can fug the bolice all you want, right up until I put you into bankruptcy. I go after EVERYONE who uses my material and tries to profit from it. It's one thing if it's free, I don't mind that and have even helped a few people out.
Fact is, people are lazy and don't understand their rights as 'rights holders. It's only a matter of time before someone gets a wild hair to lawyer up and start demolishing people who've stolen their assets. You could get lucky, but why take the risk...
To many people willing to gamble homelessness when the profit to be had is dogshit unless you happen to be the one in a million that turns out something great.
