Define what you mean with "stats". The original Corruption of Champions gives you a bunch of exploration perks and special attacks based on your anatomy IIRC. Degrees of Lewdity doesn't have much in the way of "transformation" effects but your body size, physique, education and sexual experience are very important and pretty much constitute that game's "RPG stat progression".
