If you have a bank card (and you are willing to pay in the first place), you can try paying with it and Patreon will charge whatever is the equivalent of that dollar amount in pesos as per the exchange rate. That should work unless there are any restricions from Patreon or the payment provider related to your country (shouldn't be the case but I don't know for certain).

As weird as it sounds to suggest purchasing a patreon subscription here in the high seas
