It is a vampire game. You can play as a man or woman. If I remember correctly you choose your gender in the beginning because two characters die. They are a man and a woman and then the one you choose returns to life. I also remember that you got kidnapped by a crazy vampire chick that pinches your ass and she does something to you that makes you more vampire or something like that. She asks you if you want to suck on her boob or somewhere else and then you start sucking and can't stop. You get saved by a woman vampire later.
