Honestly, there's plenty of support and questions and answers for Renpy as well as how to make AI images that you could do it, you have the idea, now you need the will, all in the world is but Will and Idea.
AI Images would work ,if you can design it, instead all we have avaliable to us as perchance free ai, which never gives you the ideal photo, usually errors, and never ever ever are the photos identical, so i can't make a consistant story or characters.
