You could try sorting by 2DCG in the "Latest Updates" section.
"Games like Dandy Boy's Adventure" doesn't tell anyone much, tbh. What exactly are you looking for? Because if you're looking for an open world game with pixel graphics and incest like Dandy Boy, then Dandy Boy is probably the only one you'll find.
If you're looking for sprite-based games with pixel graphics, you could try
Anthophobia
Ayura Crisis
Simply Mindy
and a whole bunch of other stuff if you just google something like "sprite games f95zone"
If you're looking for "open-world" type of games with incest then look here, at least a third of this site is just that.
