Intel 10700 (on a Gigabyte Z490, if that matters) / 32GB RAM / RTX 3080 (10GB).

I need Intel for other non-Daz professional work, otherwise I'd go Ryzen. This feels like it should be enough, especially from a GPU perspective (I'm not spending $1,500 on a 3090), but just want to be sure.

Edit: Also, are the drivers working well with Daz? Know bugs and such are pretty common early on with new GPUs.

I'm very certain I've seen a video on YouTube where someone compares their new 3090 with their old 2070 or 2080 ( ) and it worked fine. From that sense, 3080 should work just fine too.

Now I've heard some issues about the driver in 3080 crashing a lot and it's not just from a few baseless sources. My personal advice would be to NOT get the founders card and get an EVGA, Zotac or Gigabyte card instead. I'd stay away from all the Asus cards as well. I've had bad experiences with a founder card once and never am I ever investing on them again.
