there is an artist whose drawings haven't been shared here yet. Before starting a thread of their drawings, the artist abandoned their online identity and adopted a new one. They even closed their Patreon account but left their Gumroad intact. Despite prohibiting sharing their content, should I share what remains to preserve it? What measures could the artist take against the site? I genuinely respect the decisions of artists, but I feel that this situation is similar to piracy in games/movies and that sharing is the only way to preserve their work.

This is a piracy site.
As long as the content doesn't break the rules (no prepubescent character(s), no IRL bestiality or gore), you can share anything as long as its adult/lewd.

If it's not someone with excessive amounts of lawyer money (like AAA+ publishers), pretty much nothing.
