Morningstar is the story of a young MMA fighter whose life gets overturned the day he meets an Angel and gets dragged into a shadowy war in the dark alleys of New York. Key inspirations were 80s/90s action movies; Rocky, Highlander, The Crow and of course the more recent John Wick.
