Can't tell for the second, but Desert Stalker is far from the hardcore OP is asking for.
Of course, there's some scenes a bit gore, and the universe is supposed to be a Mad Max-like post apocalyptic world, but the rape in the introduction scene of The Things we do for love (alas abandoned), or Luna captivity in The DeLuca Family are more hardcore than everything that can be found in Desert Stalker.
Note to OP: No, those two games do not match your criteria.

I guess that what OP search is more on the side of Pink Pencil games. They are limited and a bit grotesque, but have effective hardcore content.

There arent many depraved games on f95zone.

I'm sure you've heard of it but Euphoria is seriously a very good game and has all the fucked up shit you asked (loli, incest, rape, blackmail and torture scenes).

It might not be the most extreme thing out there but it maintains a very interesting and engaging story/mystery instead of just being shock porn.

Then I highly recommend the VN, the hentai adaptation attempts to fit 30+ hours of content into six 30 minute episodes which leads to a mess that doesn't properly explain anything. The VN also has many scenes that weren't adapted and is overall better in every way including it having an interesting mystery/story. If u liked the hentai adaption then i'm sure you'll love the VN.

The only limits are the ones you yourself set in your goal. If your, hm, "targeted" demographic have no brakes, then you just jump on the train and see where it leads you. Do bear in mind that usually more vanilla themes are also the ones more people will see/try, and some kinks are a hard no for certain folks, even those with some comparably extreme fetishes.

As for recommendations, well, one of the best games I played (not only of the porn variety) is SINIStar, both enjoyable to play and one of the best scenes I saw, a lot of them too. Not all to my liking, I'm not into guro specifically, but the rest are golden, especially the mind-breaking ones.
