Others *cancelled*Game crashing

just downloaded hentai high school+ and when running the game it doesn't open or do anything I've checked task manager and when running the app it just says suspended and disappears any way to fix, no error just suspended and stops showing on task manager,

I'm on windows 10 CPU and memory and disk are blow 50


edit: also on the newest game version 1.10.6

There are some prerequisite libraries that need to be installed that would allow the game executable to run properly...
