Cannot access site from Germany

Hi,

I already posted in a "solved" thread concerning this same issue from Norway. However, I encounter connection problems from Germany, since yesterday. I have to use a US proxy to post this (us.hidester.com).

Ping times out, even various pings from web services. Currently I found a working web proxy (us.hidester.com) to post this. Some isthisdownorisitjustme-sites claim it's up, some down, some decide differently each time I try.

Noticable is also that sometimes I get a 403 - Forbidden response via my web proxy connection.

Edit: After one hour trying without success, soon after I managed to post this I am out of a sudden able to connect normally again. So the issue seems to be fixed for now, but as I said, I had it since yesterday. Something is going on out there...

Edit 2: Ping and Tracert still failing with timeouts. I do not know what is happening here. As you see, browser connection works -- for now.

Sorry, still not working. One minute it seems OK, the other it doesn't. Currently I am able to join only from us.hidester.com web proxy again. Even so, I get the following error in two out of three clicks:

Error: The requested resource could not be loaded because the server returned an error:
403 Forbidden (?).

This is no fun any longer. Never experienced such things anywhere on the net before...
