Identify Cannot find this game ANYWHERE

This has been frustrating for me for a long time. I searched everywhere and I can't find it. I feel like it was deleted or something.
All I remember is that MC went with someone girl he knows (maybe a relative) to a party. I think he made that girl go since she was kinda shy.
At the party he could hookup with a black haired girl or someone else I don't remember exactly. There are also drugs involved somewhat. The Mc gets caught with this girl by the relative girl and there is a scandal. He also fights with someone I thibk. Additionally there is a druggie black girl character that I remember that has a lot of issues.

Yes! This is it. Damn i totally forgot about this game
The issue was that all i remmebered was black haired girl and she is complitely absent from main pictures and description of the game
