Identify Cannot remember free use game.

There are two games. Both free use and female protagonist.
One is an office worker female protagonist that is free used by colleagues and she has to meet herday's work and some dialogues in between.
Second is a female school teacher free used by students and you can select different skills as you satisfy their tendencies.

I would also appreciate any games like the above!

Yep thats exactly it! Looking through threads about Barely Working, I found out the name for the second game as well - Problematic Subjects!

Did you ever find any similar ones? Not counting NC stuff, I'm not into that...
