School days or Tentacles and Witches for example.. .any idea what i need to do to get those permissions?

I only see a translation request for Tentacles and Witches. Try again now, there's a odd bug that makes some threads need you to make a post. If you still get that message then the thread is actually blocked for some reason and there's no way for you to get to it.
