Can't get Level Ichi / レベル 1 games to work error 0xc000007b

I'm trying to run the games
You must be registered to see the links
and
You must be registered to see the links
but I keep getting error 0xc000007b on application launch.

I've already done all the basic troubleshooting stuff like restarting the pc, updating windows, running apps as admin, uninstalling and reinstalling the virtual C++ redistributables, uninstalling and reinstalling the games themselves and checking for corrupt files on command line like suggested here:

Has anyone had this issue before that could give me a hint on what I should do or where should I look that I'm missing?
