Can't open HTML5 games

It's say

This course cannot be played because your web browser does not support HTML5.

and I don't know how to enable the HTML5 in chrome.

So any suggestions?

Well I did this. Game is stuck in grey loading screen. Funny thing is some HTML games like Rent Control open up easily but Spoils of War cannot be opened.
