Sounds a bit like SoldGirl Town except you don't mention kidnapping/slavery, do you "own" the women or is it more of a consensual training/prostitution relationship?
Closer to a consensual thing if I remember correctly. The cheapest and first girl is your childhood friend and I recall one of the more expensive ones being a cosplayer. I checked through a bunch of games including soldgirl town trying find it but after a few hours of looking I made the post.
