Identify Can't Remember Game...

It was essentially a "beat-em-up" style hentai game. Y'know, the 2D kind. It had a hub world where you'd then go to the levels and have to play through. Pixel-style, iirc. I remember the first area was a tentacle-based one with weird eye monsters and such. The combat was surprisingly good. Also remember a segment where if you lost to a boss you were stuck in a lab with a futa version of your character-- for reference you played as a girl-- and were also turned into one.

Any ideas?

It's been quite a while since I played it but
Ayura Crisis ? I remember it had some weird eye monsters and a segment with a futa version of your character.
