I think it was a RenPy-based game that I played a long time ago and I'm trying to find it again. You play a male character and I believe you live with your family (mom, dad, and I think a sister). The game allows you to build your relationships with various characters, as well as tracking how money money you have, which you can spend on other characters. I think the game starts with you arriving at a town at a bus stop, where you meet a female and male character, with whom you can eventually go on dates, based on choices you make.
I'm pretty sure you could also navigate to different "parts of town", which included a pawn shop, the park, a gas station?, maybe the bus stop, and this odd, talisman-wielding, magic-performing emo girl's house. I believe this girl at some point in the game was able to switch you into a girl or something like that. I think you could get a blowjob at a glory hole in the gas station, and you meet some drug dealer in the park.. lol does this ring a bell for anyone?
