You start in the hospital, you then go live with your mom and sister. It's hinted that you have supernatural recovery hability.
I remember that in the story, the MC can see his neighbors eyes real colors while nobody else can. It leads to the revelation that his father had MC's eyes surgically altered so nobody could see his color.
We then learn that the neighbors are from a rival clan of immortal people, but want to make peace with MC's clan.
I also remember a friend who has a computer shop where you can go help and meet his sister with self esteem issues.
