Identify Can't remember the name of a game on this site

Hi all,
I've only discovered the bookmark option of this website and started using it. But unfortunately I can't remember a game I downloaded and played a while ago.

What I remember
- female protagonist
- RPGM (if I remember correctly, I had free movement)
- investigating a mysterious affair/carnival at the town
- the carnival or festival at the town is only at night
- at the carnival or festival everyone has to be naked
- carnival or festival is dimly lit so you can't see much on the map
- there were stalls where you could buy stuff from at the carnival or festival

Please help, already gone through a lot of rpgms and searched for carnival or festival but no luck.

Not a lot to go on, and I am unsure if you know how to search tags to limit what you have to go through.

Click search upper right, click advanced..., click search tags, (do not click the red words), type the tags slowly and click the auto fill for them so you can have more than one at a time, if you type them out they can be separated by commas.
