I remember playing a VN about your next door neighbors. The neighbors have weird powers and blue eyes, if I remember correctly. And then you realize that you have the same type of power or something like that. I believe it's even revealed that you are related to that family and not the one you were living with. Any help would be appreciated.

i remember it was incest. and the mc had some kind of corruption powers... the neighbors wasn't there at the beginning of the game, but was introduced later.

MC did have the color fragments until they were removed

(Yeah, you can't really tell from the OP & screenshots right? ) (except for the 6th ('promo (2).jpg'))

Btw I believe it also has free-roam ('sandbox'), although it doesn't carry the tag.

Well, all I can say is that description in OP seems to match LaS ~100%

For MC the eyes of the neighbors are blue, or not-blue. Anyway, because of who he is, he can see their true eye color.

But I had to search the thread to be sure. It's been a while I played it myself & as I said game's OP doesn't really give much clues.

still not the game in question in the scene where the neighbors are introduced. it happens at the entrance to the house. the "family" of 3 or 4 people outside the door, and the mc and maybe one other person inside the door.
