can't run image after added in game

hello, im new with rpgmaker MV and try to modding an some games from my friend for studying rpgmaker MV too but have a some trouble with i can't understand how to fix it. the eror like this one. Before it i was create a new project file and try to add the image (with the extension .PNG) and try to show with simple run it work but when i try too the same way like before in my friend game it can't run and always show this eror. it there something i miss it or some plugins/script who can stop adding new file. if someone can help me i'm very grateful to you

I'm not familiar with RPGMaker, but it could be a relative path vs absolute path. Are you sure img/* is available from where you are running?

Also are you running it on Windows(case-insensitive) or other(case-sensitive)?

well, sorry i was reply your comment today but i was find the issue and fix it. thanks for your attention
