Can't update signatures (have followed the instructions)

I posted my revised signatures in the proper thread (AFAIK):

Going to the edit signature screen. Clicking on the Insert image icon. Pasting the link into the box. Clicking Insert.

And it just keeps saying "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact the administrator."

Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

Just something random to test, but try changing ui style to DARK MODE BETA and see if it still doesn't work.

Otherwise make sure you are following signature rules:
Signatures

1. Total maximum height should be 200px
   • This allows for images, and a couple of lines of text and/or Spoiler tag
2. Maximum of 2 images
   • Maximum dimensions of EACH image should be 450x125 (WxH)
   • Maximum total file size of all images should be less than 1MB
   • Gifs are allowed, but the animation shouldn't be 'annoying' or seizure inducing
   • Hosts: imgur.com or f95zone attachment only (thread for posting signatures)
3. Spoilers are fine, however:
   • You may not use it to hide additional images (max is still 2)
   • Youtube/Vimeo/etc embeds are allowed within spoilers, maximum of 3
   • You can hide as much text as you'd like
4. Links & Promotion:
   • Links to Patreon, official game sites/discords/blogs/etc, and game threads are welcomed
   • Do not use referral links or any other similar form of promotion
   • Don't beg for likes
5. All forum rules apply to signature content - be respectful

Switched to it and it didn't work unfortunately.

The dimensions for both are 300 x 125 (The same as before. I'm just trying to replace the ones that are already there.)

Maximum total file size of all images should be less than 1MB

The 1MB limit doesn't apply to gifs, correct? Because even before, the gifs were definitely larger than that. One is around 10MB and the other is around 3MB.

Also tried uploading them to imgur instead and it didn't work either.

I could add your new gifs to my signature without problem.

Open the dev tools (F12 on Chrome and Firefox) and see what is says in the console when you get the error message. Perhaps something like "Refused to load image" followed by the reason.

I'm not seeing the "edit signature" thing... All I see if the insert above where I add a comment, what am I missing?
