I don't usually bring physics into fantasy... but... those boobs look like they would out-weigh the rest of her.

So, physics... assume each boob is roughly spherical, with approximate radius of about 15". Volume of sphere is 4/3 r^3, which would be about 9000 in^3 total, or about 147.5 liters. Body fat density (again, assuming homogeneous breast material) is 0.9 g/ml according to Google, or .9 kg/L. Therefore, the boobs weigh 132.75 kg, or 292.7 lbs.

Her body (without boobs) looks to be a fairly fit, 5'8" woman's body, which by my guess for a woman's weight for that size puts it between 145lbs to 165lbs.

I forgot Pi!! Volume of a sphere is 4/3 Pi*r^3.... derp. So it's even more ridiculous. I'll reduce my breast radius estimate a bit too, and make it 12". New calculations for volume put it at about 14,500 in^3 (rounded up a little) which is 237.6 L. Using same density, we get 213.8 kg or 471.3 lbs.

... heh. Death by boob job!

No. Just no. Please stop this idiotic trend. I love fantasy..., this isn't even funny any more. It isn't erotic and it isn't sexy, it's downright insulting to me, a man who loves the female body, and making tits this huge is just insulting.
