Casey on the Case [v.0.05], first time enter to old office just after Rodriguez, full-screen mode.
Same after use "Wall" option or go/go back "Hallway"

I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm on 0.05 (from the opening post), running it through OGX and it works just fine for me.
What browser are you using? It's the only thing I can think of, as it seems like a fresh new save file you're using.
Okay, there's one other thing I can think of. Did you unpack and overwrite an existing version with the new one?
It's odd, but that can introduce bugs.
Here's a (resized) screenshot of how it looks for me.
There is supposed to be a scrollbar on the right-hand side of the main window, as you can see.

I used the new files from the opening post, no overwriting, always started a new game.
Now I've tried

Well, maybe it is browser's problem - FIREFOX, OPERA.
I've never seen problems like this in any HTML game, but there's always a first time for everything.

I have a Windows PC and it works fine through Opera GX for me.
Edge is garbage.

Everything broke a couple of versions ago. Every time I load the game, the controls break. After the first defeat, everything breaks too, and it's impossible to lose again; your HP just drops to zero and nothing happens. The game looks good, but it doesn't fulfill its basic functions, and the developer keeps adding new features, breaking the game even more. It's unplayable, unfortunately.

I kind of wonder if this guy is just pushing past what twine can handle.

Many people might be surprised just how much complexity Twine and SugarCube can actually offer. Most of the Twine games posted on here are barely scratching the surface of what they can actually do. But, and possibly one of the biggest caveats, you have to dig into JavaScript to make it work. Having done coding before, I personally detest anything with the word Java in it.

There are some fantastic SugarCube gurus out there that have posted free pre-built templates for everything from achievement modules, inventory/item management, cycle tracking (do something like increment/decrement/deduct/add on a given cycle), and loads more. And most include installation (usually copy code to 'Story JavaScript' and 'Story CSS' and it works, just follow the provided usage instructions.
