I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm on 0.05 (from the opening post), running it through OGX and it works just fine for me.
What browser are you using? It's the only thing I can think of, as it seems like a fresh new save file you're using.
Okay, there's one other thing I can think of. Did you unpack and overwrite an existing version with the new one?
It's odd, but that can introduce bugs.
Here's a (resized) screenshot of how it looks for me.
There is supposed to be a scrollbar on the right-hand side of the main window, as you can see.

I used the new files from the opening post, no overwriting, always started a new game.
Now I've tried

Well, maybe it is browser's problem - FIREFOX, OPERA.
I've never seen problems like this in any HTML game, but there's always a first time for everything. :)

Everything broke a couple of versions ago. Every time I load the game, the controls break. After the first defeat, everything breaks too, and it's impossible to lose again; your HP just drops to zero and nothing happens. The game looks good, but it doesn't fulfill its basic functions, and the developer keeps adding new features, breaking the game even more. It's unplayable, unfortunately.

Many people might be surprised just how much complexity Twine and SugarCube can actually offer. Most of the Twine games posted on here are barely scratching the surface of what they can actually do. But, and possibly one of the biggest caveats, you have to dig into JavaScript to make it work. Having done coding before, I personally detest anything with the word Java in it. ;)

There are some fantastic SugarCube gurus out there that have posted free pre-built templates for everything from achievement modules, inventory/item management, cycle tracking (do something like increment/decrement/deduct/add on a given cycle), and loads more. And most include installation (usually copy code to 'Story JavaScript' and 'Story CSS' and it works, just follow the provided usage instructions.

Twine is known for flexibility and its capabilities are largely dependent on the developer's skills.
Sugarcube on the other hand is seen as being more powerful though many Twine users incorporate some Sugarcube functionality into their projects.

How much ero content has been added since .3? Changelog isnt super detailed and I dont want to play through a partial game i wont even finish a wank with. I do have my eye on the game and updates are a good pace (compared with everything else) so i'm happy to wait just curious

Could you provide a link or at least some keywords to search for these templates? I couldn't find anything.

I know of one for tracking achievements at the moment. It's on GitHub: twine-achievements.twee, written in Twee 3.

For a porn game there sure is a lot of yapping. Just when I think somethings gonna happen it either doesn't or there's a 9 second clip of nothing. Great game, great foundation, great everything so I continued idk if things get better but I can't put more time into reading through all this.

I feel like adding more content can wait and letting us continue playing after our first defeat might be something to prioritize ?

Is there some way to manage inventory? Like a place where I can store items?
I feel like the game desperately needs a way to store items some where, preferably a resident evil style connected storage chest mechanic. If not that then at least a place where you can store items in a solitary location, maybe your car?
Currently my inventory is full of items that I don't want to sell or items I just plain can't sell, like the Iron Bar, a Keycard and other Keys that just permanently lock slots of my inventory. Like I don't want or need the Iron Bar now that I have a knife but I'm still stuck carrying both while my gun is equipped so now I'm an additional two slots down... So I'm stuck with a really small inventory.
