RPGM - Completed - Castaway of the Ardusta Sea [v1.02] [Barony Sengia / Kagura Games]

Is a good RPG game? Sure, even better if you want something like hide and kill, is a good H game? Well. . . Let's say it aged to no everybody.

A "problem" that made me have headache is that certain events or items only appear if the story is advanced enough, forget about light to see the shine of them.

well it's an interesting game... but a subpar porn game... you can basically unlock 80% of H-scenes in like the first 10min if you want.

i didnt really like the H-scenes and imo when you later get brainwashed to turn into a slave that wasn't really sexy either.. but the gameplay is good and fun. you have many routes to finish the game, and relatively early on you can escape the island to finish it... but if you want to complete it then it takes like 2-3times as long with increasing difficulty, and it gets very grindy and imo quite boring with a lot of running around and fighting... just so last boss can body you hard unless you have RNGesus on your side.(or maybe there is a tactic to beat him even after you collect all the powerups and reach max level, but i tried a lot of stuff and it's extremely hard.)

i think this game is around 3.5.. feels better than a 3 just from the gameplay.. but it gets boring and H-scenes are meh. (best ones are at defeat, only a few of them. there are around altogether 20 H-scenes maybe. but all quite similar just a different random scenes... there are seduction or defeat->rape scenes. and that's most of it.)

but it doesn't feel like a 4/5 either. but anyway keeping in mind the lots of choices and how i couldn't stop but had to solve the puzzles, i guess i was leaning toward 4.

The gameplay element of this game is good, The setup is also pretty solid, but I didn't like the sex even though it was beautifully animated, it became very repetitive for me. Also the later levels wasn't my cup of tea. But many will like this game though.

Turnbased combat RPG Game, with dungeon exploring, H-events.
Another Barony Sengia game but with different storyline, and this time it has a smooth animation.
It has the same sneaking mechanic just like the previous games, pretty simple yet challenging combat, just like how the final boss fight is... pretty challenging.
The game has multiple kind of endings, too bad i got stuck and eventually gave up on getting the pirate queen ending.
And just like the previous games, there is no way to unlock all the H-scenes. Better try get all those H-scenes.

A very fun puzzle focused JRPG game that has short and sweet gameplay. Im myself am not a puzzle man, but i enjoyed this game because it didnt keep the puzzles too drawn out or too complex, just enough for my dead brain to carry me to the end.
I also greatly enjoyed the MC voice acting, the VA is goofy and cute, which is a thing that i appreciated.

Overall a good puzzle focused JRPG game that is pretty short.

dont have much to say, you can read all the more detailed review below me by another person*, but i just want to point that i find it the VA for the femc is very enjoyable, not cringeworthy sounding as in most H-VAs
And real creepy hidden lore behind the island, other than that it is almost as solid H-game

Much improved over previous games. The classes and gameplay is exelent. Also some great art. Its no longer just censored jav images but nicely animates sceenes. Im halfway through this game. The previous games i did not finnish. It got to boring and also confusing.. I never knew where to go. THis series is a must play. I would forget the other games and start here. I have good fun here. And thats been a while since i could say that.

Enjoyed the previous two, this is great as well. Only problem I can possibly even think of is the lackluster (?) slave mode I guess? Might be result of the author testing a new engine I heard. Overall still a very good game, if you enjoyed Aisha's shenanigans previously you'll love this too

This game will definitely entertain you as it contains so many jokes and the puzzles are surprisingly good. Not only that, it also has multiple endings as you can decide the destiny for yourself. Each action and fight has its consequence so you can choose either have a big brawl or become a stealthy ninja.

Music: 6/10 I'm not really into this section as the music is kinda okay but no too good.. not too bad, just OK....

Puzzle: 9/10 Really good. All of them are connected, some puzzles require you to go back to the previous floor in order to discover them. Not only that some puzzles can lead to a whole new ending (there are 5 in total) which is really cool to be honest

H-scene: 8/10 They have animation, 90% are rape and 10% are reverse one.... They are there just because this is an H-game but i don't think they're that good, it's just.... kinda tasteless and blank...Not really stand out from most of these days games.

Overall, if you're into using your brain and your dick at the same time, this is the game for you. But if you're only looking for happy time, i suggest that you go look for another game.

Well that was a surprise, quite the story on this game. You start off thinking "oh, pirates, hur hur, where's the rum gone?" but before long your scouring deep sea caves for monster body parts to build a staff to remain sane against a brain eater. The pacing of which is pretty darn good, keeping steady with how quickly you dive deeper into the madness that is the cave and temple levels. You'll be so focused on collecting items, "armor", and weapons that you'll forget that there's sex to be had.

Because it's entirely bloody optional. If you so choose to you can play a ruthless killer who slashes first and loots after, or you can also be an invisible assassin who stealthy moves about picking pockets, stealing shit, and escaping the island all on their own. The lewd option, is, well, there. You can confront every pirate early on and seduce them, and pick how you want to be fucked and change outfits to decide on what thing you want to wear while you are being fucked. But this option is only around the first half of the game, because zombies and crabs care nothing for prime thief pussy. So if you do want to get your freak on, you had better do so straight away. Pick a non-virgin, learn seduction, upgrade said seduction, and fuck your way to the deeper depths.

Overall this is a fantastic game, but it lacks the 'depth' in sexy time to be a porn game. This is legit a AA title, where you are playing as younger and more anime Laura Croft without the daddy issues. Can't recommend this game to anyone looking for a quick fap, but if you want a 3-5 hour RPG with fair combat and a little challenge, then look no further.

Fun stealth porn game with multiple ways of beating it. One the few games I like for the story and game since it plays like D&D adventure just with a solo party member. The porn content was very light. Probably because of the live 2d art. Some of it's great and some it if is kinda stiff. All around good experience.

This is something the devs of Japanese rpgm games, (and Korean mmo games) been doing often, and for a long time.
First they figure out a mixture that works sells, they then proceed to clone this mixture. Again, and again, and again... Only ever changing graphics, story, and sometimes engines. Maybe adding a small extra or two from time to time, if they feel particularly generous. Basically a re-skin.


Sigh~ so where was i... ah yes, the text-wall which you probably won't bother reading:

*Sex scenes.
The format is pretty much an exact copy of the one used in: "MOD." (sex menu + random encounters)
The difference:
1. Art had been improved and you can now enjoy high-res thanks to the game being in a newer rpgm.
2. High quality voicing had been added.
3. Medium quality animation had been added.
Veeeeriiiii nooiiiiceee! Perhaps we'll be getting more sex scenes in Barony's games from now on?
Wouldn't that be quite nice indeed, especially in the quality this game sports.

*Mechanics.
Everything is pretty much an exact copy of the stuff they used in "MOD," with some very sm0l alterations here and there. You level up, gain limited (5 to be precise, you get 1 skill point at levels: 1-3-6-9-12) skill points, and spend them on abilities in any of the three 'paths.'
Very simple, efficient, even somewhat fun.

*Story.
The same archetype as in MOD.
There is an ultimate goal (in this case escape) and you do whatever is needed to achieve it. But this time there is a bit of a parody-ish kick to it, they seem to have decided to borrow some elements from the "Forgotten Realms" universe which is something that i, as a big fan of that particular universe, like a whole lot.
Do you like like mind-flayers? Perhaps you do~ until you actually meet one.

*Hints.
#Luck is good.
#Check all boxes, pots, and barrels for extra luck points. Their location is always random.
#F4 to change game window size.
#F5 to reset game, bringing you back to menu screen. Useful if you want to quickly reload.
#Key "i want to own everything" skills - Seductive Assassination, Combat Training, Vital Strike.
#Certain medal that will open the gates leading to a powerful item can only be obtained by seducing a particular pirate located inside the ship.
#Check the path where boulder had passed.
#Can often easily avoid detection even without hiding, just wait till they face away from you.
#The merchant is on the ship, but to unlock him you need to break certain statues first.
#You'll probably need 3 anti-magic accessories and a talking sword, to reliably fight and win over certain something hiding behind the big gate in the temple.
#Don't fight Kraken if you want a different ending.
#You can run away from enemies. Shocking i know.

This dev needs to keep evolving further.
They need to expand their already decent mechanics arsenal, develop new mechanics to fill that arsenal and by extension entertain us with.
They need to start making bigger games with larger scope.
The sm0l games they made as part of their evolution were a good teacher so far if this game (and MOD) are any indication, but i think it's about time they moved on to bigger projects.

Btw, know the funny thing about Barony games?
The stats. Ever wonder why the hell we can see her stats even though you can't increase or decrease them at all, nor do they affect anything. Probably their idea of flavor.
Also this dev very likely played Baldur's Gate series before, now that i think about it.

It's an adventure game that happens to have some lewd in it. It's relatively short and the smut isn't the focus, it's more of a side thing that has 10~ or so scenes.

It isn't bad. But don't run in expecting high octane porn or something.

After an unfortunate accident at sea, you're stranded on an island that just so happens to be the secret lair of a band of pirates. Sneak, fight, and seduce your way past the gang of pirates as you make your escape, all while discovering some sinister deeds behind the scenes.

What makes this game so special is the very open-ended way you can clear the game. Initially, you are given a plan to escape on your own but as you progress you find more and more win conditions. Best part is that the game doesn't chastise you for picking one win con over the other, every method of escape is equally legitimate in the eyes of the game. To top everything off, this game uses gorgeously animated Live2D animated CGs and while the variety is fairly limited, the game more than compensates for the sheer quality of erotic situations.

The game is fairly short and can be beaten with a couple of hours on your first try, and the multiple endings plus achievements encourage you to do multiple playthroughs with different play styles to get all the achievements. Whether you like doing challenge runs or just want to get all the CGs in one go, this game is sure to satisfy all kinds of players.
