Well it's intel integrated gpu and I assume that is the issue here, my drive is up to date iirc. The issue is severely low fps in outdoors and some delayed loading when standing images load or alternate. The effects can be diminished by turning on the sync monitor fps (I assume you meant refresh rate) option even tho mine is a 30hz monitor, it just makes the game run a but faster but the effects are still there.
You can find out if you got the golden statue from the church back and check the quest board again.
You need 4, I got stuck on the last one for a little bit as well. It turns out that there's another new area to the very North of the village, behind the oracle's house. The last ox is there!

Killing different animals provides you with trophies. You can sell them to the merchant located in the inner forest for good cash.

Did you enable pregnancy? If you use an old save file it might not work correctly.
That's fake news, pregnancy works. It's just not a 100 % chance even if the potion is consumed. It's brutal to get without the potion though.
