So decided to try the game again but wanted to check out the walkthrough since there wasn't much info in the changelog but I'm confused by the fact that the WT say's it's for version 0.18 but seemingly nothing from the two previous changelogs 0.17-0.18 seems to be in the game and for instance as the above comment mentioned. 6 girls can get pregnant but only two are mentioned in the WT namely Susan + Liz and in both cases you seemingly need to pick specific choices for this to happen namely tell Susan to be with the MC instead of the MC which then let's her move in with the MC and with Liz you need to lie to Walter and then this opens pregnancy and the option to kick Walter out and let the MC have her. I mean Gretel isn't even mentioned in the WT far as I could see as a romanceable target.
So I'm guessing the WT has actually not been updated for some time now and that the changelogs are all to go on but since they only go two versions back well thats kind of a dead end as well I guess

The walkthrough needs some reboot for sure but it provides basic help when needed. So not sure if my games gotten bugged or if stuff has been changed from the WT. Went and finished the hidden village + sly fox got back and decided I wanted to see the NTR part first so I started it and according to the WT I have to see three scenes, kissing on thu or sat mornings, groping on fri nights and anal sex on wed nights then after seeing all three you can see them have sex on mon, tue or fri nights. But for me I can only get the kissing scenes to appear on thu/sat mornings and I've tried talking to the two of them I even went and got Susan to 100 and asked her for sex since there was an option for it and she say's no since she's now given her heart to mr fox.
Edit: So I went and changed the variable for Susan x Fox from 1 to 3 and then the groping scene triggered on monday night and the sex on tuesday night. Which makes it seem that either it got bugged or the date are switched around.

So after playing more I'll just add some stuff I noticed that's not in the WT but could be nice to know. Haven't done extensie playtesting so some parts might not include all the paths/outcomes.
The Elusive Husband - Outside of what is mentioned in the WT if you at any point decide to accept the husbands offer to keep it a secret from Taraji then once you get back your unable to double cross the husband to tell her about his cheating. If you decline his offer of a gold necklace but agree to sleep with Dyani then you can sleep with her from then on but she will demand a price in gold for each sex scene. If you decline his offer completely and tell Taraji about the cheating then Dyani will be blocked but if you never told Taraji about the cheating then she will only allow you to suckle her breast but nothing more since her husband doesn't like that but if she knows about the cheating she will be open for fingering her and/or having sex with her while sucking. So it's a bit of a trade of in do you want to tell Taraji and go further with her or not tell her and open it up with Dyani.
Baroness Julia - Not sure if this is intended or not but for now after finishing up the beauty and the beast if you sided with the Baroness Xavier then you can become more intimate with Julia. If you allow her to stay at your mansion she will appear either in the kitchen or the hallway in the morning, during the afternoon she will either appear masturbating on her bed, upstairs in the bath or seemingly dissapear (I have honestly no idea where she goes at the moment) and lastly she will sleep in her bed at night. At the moment you can have sex with her at all positions except for in the kitchen however having sex with her at any point outside of when she is in the hallway does not allow her to get pregnant. So far there are two sex scenes during the night and one in the hallway that allows you to fill her up but again only the one in the hallway seems to be able to get her pregnant. If you choose not to add her to the mansion she will start to live in the empty house to the east of Aunt Liz house. There she seemingly stays in the middle of the house and you can get the same sex scenes during the morning/afternoon as if she was in the hallway in the mansion in the morning which means it can get her pregnant while at night it's the same as in the mansion and she can't get pregnant.
Big Bad Wolf - It's already sort of clear but if you kill the dire wolf then you get to pick one of the girls and you can keep having sex with her. If you spare the dire wolf it becomes a follower and you can only sleep with the mother however Maya will appear during one of the scenes complaining that she wanted Miles for herself, so maybe some future development down the road?
Bessie - You can't ask her for milk until you have asked the oracle about brewing potions which will make her mention that you need milk from a human or CB this opens up being able to ask Bessie for milk.
Gretel - Again not sure if this is working as intended or not but if you tell her to live in town then if you have the mansion she will appear in both the mansion and in town but it's impossible to ask her to live in town if Julia is already living there however if you first ask Gretel to live there and then ask Julia to move out then they will both start living in the house in town east of Aunt Liz but they can't share the bed and Julia seemingly has priority and will be the only one sleeping in the bed. It's only possible to pick where she lives when you initially propose.
Bath-House Contractor - I personally couldn't really find any content in this outside of the initial bathtime with Xavier but this is more of a warning in that if you start to build the bathhouse and then wait for it to complete but use the Statue to teleport there instead of entering the area normally then it seemingly bugs out and the bathhouse never appears. If however you have already built the bathhouse and it's appeared using the teleport will make you appear without it but leaving the area and returning will make it appear again.
Now onto some stuff I haven't been able to find myself.
Nancy - I have seemingly no idea where she lives or goes at night, maybe I'm just blind of something, but the only way I know to make her appear at night is to ask her for a dance and then she will appear at night in the inn for a dance. But when asking to propose to her Miles will say that the Inn isn't the right place but again I have no idea how to make her appear anywhere else, so help would be appreciated on this.
Kree - There is supossedly a sex scene with her but again I have no idea how to make it happen. Since she only complains about her pregnancy to me.

How do i get to Patron Tower? i played through the game and may have missed it..., and I seem not able to find it..

There's a big tower in the inner forest, located between the entry to the swamp and the entry to the mountains.

To be precise Karnak is a former leader. The current beast king isn't in the game yet and his name is unknown too.
