If it happens with an old save file you will have to wait for a fix. Maybe it can't be fixed without causing even more problems.

You either need a high lvl, lots of luck with RNG or a full party to tank and deal enough damage. Afaik the quest for that isn't ready yet so it won't matter much if you win.

Was going to start a new game due to the visual bug, but from what I was reading in the thread, it seems like there's several characters with unavoidable ntr now? If that's the case I guess I'll just wait some more.

As the dev said before... some mistakes happened in the past. Some were beginner errors, other came from bad planning.
It will take a while to get things in order but nothing to worry about.

I finished the Golden Bra quest before finding the Rabbit girl, now idk how to find her, since the scavenge only leads me to places i have already explored and unlocked.

Yeah, I have no issues with the game, it is pretty promising and I quite liked the game itself. I'll just wait until there's more content or ways to avoid certain content.

The lion's den is north of the lumberjack hut in the first forest map after leaving the MC's village. It's closed so you will have to convince Lui the lumberjack to let you through.
I have no idea what you mean with your second question.
The renovator is the lumberjack in the forest path
to get into the vault you have to talk to the guard at the village exit and then to the guard inside the mansion, then talk to Triss the cook. But you have to have initiated the quest to head into the Lion's Den meaning you have to have confronted Alexia first.
You have to proceed in the main quest and story and have a reason to go up the stairs, check the Walkthrough
The piano is a key to a hidden room, the password is behind Julia's painting on the second floor but you can't get it until you finish the Beauty and the Beast quest
She's behind an Ancient Door with a riddle in Cave number 1. you can visit there even if you haven't before.
