I've noticed that when the MC asks Julia to move in the mansion she disappears after the morning and can't be found anywhere in the mansion. Does that depend if you are nice to her or threaten her before getting the Baron arrested. Is there an advantage of having her live in the mansion?

Either interact with a well (there is one in the Capital) or find a new bucket with water. The cave with lava tiles, you can find while scavenging with Agnes, also has a pond that allows refilling a bucket.

There is a hunter in the forest, he will buy animal parts at much higher rates than at the stalls. Also when you do get to access the City the fish can be bought at the stalls for a much lower price then the selling price of the hunter.

Maybe you have an old save file or pregnancy is turned off? Check your settings and the shield close to MC's house to confirm pregnancy is on.

Only if the "sperm travels towards the egg" scene play a woman can become pregnant.
