Menu pop up is slow. I understand you may want to make it aesthetically cool, but never sacrifice usefulness for looks. Form follows function.

Being you can rename the MC his house shouldn't be called "Miles' House" in renovations quest.
Making the player have to exit a few screens after getting a quest is not good design.
When talking to Mother Susan about the statue if you do chat it will repeat part of the quest dialogue.

losing to wolves puts you next to the wolves.
If you are still in the talking about the baron and giving flowers for the first time, you can repeat baron stuff with receptionist to get tons of favor as long as you have more than 1 flower bouquet. So the +15 favor multiple times over.
Update your NW.js file. Otherwise it shows an error about a player having a newer version of it and can't use their profile.

Some weird thing is going on with bears. 1 strong attack doing 99 damage kills them, but 5 normal attacks doing 30 each doesn't. Or the bears just have widely swinging HP from sub 100 to more than 400.
Waiting for the aunt is maybe missing scenes or player can flub it up. Hid between the crates she finally came out, moved in front of her on accident and then had to move back to get out of the way. This made MC redo the whole waiting scene even though she was moving across the map, then trying to get the trigger before going over the bridge didn't happen, but finally he hid in the trees but saw just blackness. Then talked to her and didn't tattle.
Inside tunnels the time of day shouldn't really show since it is below ground.
Tunnel just right of the green shard chest, there is a part of a wall that looks brittle right next to the vines, this has no collision box so you can go into the wall.
One of the brittle tunnels on the right side seems to only have a single way to go.
Post killing rat Queen, the rats should stop respawning in the tunnel.
Spider cave especially on the right doesn't light up with torch very well.
Gem spiders need to give more TP when they hit the player, it really should be linked the to the damage done. Also Sweeping attack really needs to not hit a dead enemy.
Would be nice if MC could make minimaps of areas, so players can figure where they are, exits, etc.
Unsure why not telling walter that liz likes to walk around at night is wronging him, he cared if she cheated on him.
Calculations on some strong attacks are also weird. Like brown spiders normal damage is 2, a strong attack is 50. That seems crazy. Even with a strong and crit it shouldn't get up to that.

With how straight forward the combat is, there should be an auto combat with speed up option.
After finding timothy if you go back to that cave and same area, MC says he found Timothy again.

Ran into a phantom wolf. During finishing up the lioness quest on the way to leave there was a wolf near the entrance which I thought I killed, after getting in a fight and killing one the screen got stuck on showing the other 2 wolves and no UI and even if leaving the fight it stays showing that. Had to restart the game.
If there was a way to name saves or something since there are 2 major paths of evil/good.

If you spam skill books you can read them through the night too instead of having to go sleep.
Some places and things lack collision so enemies can move up a level or player can walk on walls.
Meeting uncle walter and him asking about news has the pop up partially hidden.
Also the quests seem to not tell you that they can't be done, like the leave the village, you have to find out from an NPC and it doesn't show it in journal, what about golden bra? Only finding a healer is shown as next update.
