Little bug. After flirt etc wth julia, she continues occupying the whole screen and don't want to go away

That's an ongoing quest. it's not finished yet sorry
When going to the oracle and asking for a new recipe, the screen is filled with her and freeze. It's a nice view but I prefere to continue the game. Can this be fixed please?
Is this a remaining image bug (i.e. is the game running in the background) or does the game freeze entirely?

I can't confirm that the game is freezing, but I can't do anything because I do't know what I can do.

there is no dialogue option to talk with triss about the guard to enter armory for me

The renovator is Lui, the male lumberjack in the forest north of the MC's village.
You can enter the vault if you know where the stolen statue is. Talk to the guard who guards the village exit and then speak with the guard in front of the vault and to Triss.
can someone tell me how can i meet julia ? i never see her just on sunday in the curch but i have no idea how to meet her,if i try to go up the girl stop me ....
She sit on the top-right side wooden chair in church or you can try to talk with her in manor (Mon- Fri) first and see whether she appear on Sunday in church

well same problem i cant see her in the manor yust in the curch ,Nalla dont let me go the second floor .. and the piano has some purpose ?
try to talk with Triss in the manor's kitchen, the option "...receptionist" will help you go into next dialogue with Nalla on the quest "A Matter of Faith", I think the reason you can't interact (Julia's reward) with Julia in the church because the request is not finished yet.

Is it available for our players to complete those three quests, Far From Home, The Mail Man and The Golden Bra in this 0.09 version? because I find that I can't move those main story and side quests further more. Amorous Dezign

Nope, those three quests are wip and can't be finished at the moment. If you check the text for "the golden bra" quest you can see it's not finished.
Perhaps Amorous Dezign can add the hint NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE to the "far from home" and "the mail man" quests too to avoid confusion. =3
