you can go to the guest room in the Patron Tower and use the statues to upgrade and level up. then you can head for the new content with ease

The fertility potion has a 3 out of 5 chance of success! If you're not getting pregnant it could be due to Pregnancy option in the menu. Try switching it ON or OFF and redoing the sex.

the key is the flames on the pillars. the ones that turn on show that you must turn on the flame below it.

I have gone through over 300 fertility potions all failed! This is a game problem dude on your end.
Adding pregnancy fetish with a broken chance of 2% what a fucking joke,been trying to impregnate Liz for 30 minutes with both pregnancy switch on/off and with potions-wasted 30 minutes,whole mechanic must be reworked, I'm not here for shitty 1% chance from some cheap mobile gacha
