You can't get them if you use that save. When you have discovered why Father Fox leaves the church every afternoon and you are allowed to leave the hidden village again, Mother Susan will ask you what you have discovered. Depending on your answer you can have Mother Susan for yourself or tell her that Father Fox needs a mate.

Picking the second option allows Mother Susan and Father Fox to have some fun. Both options are a point of no return outcome unless you load a save file before that.

So after around 1000 tries I finally got the aunt pregnant. If you have futa turned OFF in the options menu, it stops the aunt from getting pregnant.

That's wrong. You probably had pregnancy on but due to a strange bug it was off if you did so. Happened to all other stuff you could toggle.

It's fixed now in the new build and pregnancy chance with the potion was improved.

Nope! I'm right. 1000 tries changing pregnancy settings for nothing. Turned futa on and 1st try got her pregnant. It breaks it.
