Yes, if they are from version 13

With the new version 0,14 , when you save on file 1 or an other, the second time it says " this save is for a different game" and then it's lost. It is going the wrong way with the saves.

It could be your FPS settings. in the options menu try fiddling with the FPS setting.

That was it, I set synch monitor FPS, I guess the issue is my monitor is 250 hz.

Save 1 is before Big Bad Wolf fight
Save 2 is 99.9% :
- All quests
- All girls 100 affection points
- Aun liz pregnant (the house is still being built)
- Non NTR paths
- Mother Susan 100 love (still virgin) (MC house still not built)
- Big Wolf as Companion
Save 6 after Big Bad Wolf fight (just choose any girl as reward)
Save 7 after doing Aya quests to fuck her
Save 190: NTR Route (Mother Susan)
Saves 196 - 200 before some events (Common scenes or NTR decisions) (I don't remeber exaclty, sorry)

BTW
Doing this "speed run" I've found that if you get the Xavier's Mansion (Beauty and the Beast) before The Sly Fox Quest (GOOD PATH Kaali) once you release Kaali.
Kaali doesn't go with Lui, she goes straight to the mansion.
