Hi, I was just having the same problem on my new save. How do I manually check for that?
What file or where would I have to see that?

I actually don't mind telling you how, but in general strokes since different games have different switches, and the same game may have different triggers and scenarios ....

Click this link RPG Tool and download the latest tool (furthest right), I think there are newer versions of it on the web itself but I wasn't bothered since this one works well...

Fire it up, load the save file you want to edit, click advanced (Edit switches and variables shows up) and Voila you have the switches and variables tab, but before you go changing variables or switches you'll really need to understand their effect on the game.

In any case, I already fixed your last save file (no. 12) just load it and Madre Susan will come running to you Stav :)

already try and checklist the checkbox, yeah susan said wait she come but stuck on this place

1. Lady and the knight quest done and Lady Marigold is resurrected, not liberated
2. Hidden Village quest is done, access to world map is granted
3. You left the village at least ones for the world map to trigger chapter 2 (counts for "start at chapter 2" too, the announcement of chapter 2, if you leave the house, doesn't trigger the switch)
4. Don't use an old save file or you might get stuck

Do all of the above and you still don't get the quest ... you could've figured that out if you noticed I said I had sister Gerardine in the group, you do have to leave village, pass through the world map, try to go to the capital, then go back to get the papers.

It's bugged with the latest release, moving onto chapter 2 doesn't mark chapter 1 as complete which is needed by this quest

I don't know if this is a bug but I've never been able to trigger the Skeleton King fight. Killed al skeleton in the castle, still nothing. The skeleton upstairs says I've killed 54 skeletons.

( Big Bad Wolf) I can't start this quest cause I built Bath house and gave job to one of the three girls before I started this quest ?

My good man, I read dozens of posts here every day, have to keep an eye on the Discord server, check itch.io for more comments and the chat on Patreon. If you think I'll pay extra attention just for you you are gravely mistaken, especially with that tone while you ask for help.

I tested the required steps plus some extras and had no game breaking problems. The "start at chapter 2" feature was a post testing run thing and couldn't be tested by me but was requested by me to speed up testing runs and make it easier for old players to enjoy new content.
