Press right mouse button. Part of the UI will stick on the screen though.
Press shift to remove CGs and character busts from the screen in case they misbehave.

The statue of Adah can be found in Mother Susan's room. Visit her in the afternoon and talk to her. You can pick it up from the table and use it in the item menu.
If you go all the stairs down in the tower of patrons you can find a room on the left which has a box that gives you 5 fertility and 5 lust potions each time you open the chest.

It works normally. They have to face each other while standing on the switches.

Have you left the area, started a fight, went to bed or something else and then tried again?
I have done all of that...cleared out the whole lady and the knight castle and slepped multiple times. going to look for a variable in the save file
