Sounds like you should just make your own game.
I could likely do the writing for one, or rather for several along with a lot of short novels.
However, I can't do pictures or programming on a deeper scale, the game creation tools would likely be simple enough to learn, but it's still a small learning curve and some seems to be very time-consuming.
One of the issues is that even if I have passion for it and would love to work on it, just that I don't want my name on it, as it would scare me off and make me lose paths to many normal jobs.
Another is the time it would consume.
It isn't just the time to make the game, you have to market the game, create a budget for employing people for what you can't do, along with accounting.
Third is the money and as new, you won't make much due to a limited amount of reach/customers and it takes time to build up a company, even more time to make decent money.
But the most costly part, is time.
It's like creating a new company, if you're going to do it seriously it takes a lot of time.
I could do it as a hobby, writing novels, but novels without pictures, doesn't make much money.
However when you do a hobby professionally, then it becomes work and working after a job, can easily burn one out.
And in some countries, if some characters look young, even if they're of higher age, you get fined or jailed, you don't want your name on that or land on TV. When you do much images, then characters might look naturally young, much thanks to that they're shorter. So if you need to bring that element, then it's a very dangerous field, once you get hung out, then your future, even if you win a case, is very limited.
