VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Champion of Venus: Tayla's Big Adventure [v1.0 Hotfix] [Umbrelloid]

It's alright. The game's biggest issue, aside from how linear it is, would be the art. In 90% of the scenes, the art quality goes from amazing to barely passable as professional. The renders look barely finished, rushed out the door, and pretty often...lame. Just...lame. The proportions are inconsistent, the characters could easily be other people entirely, and it just feels so weak.

What makes all of that weirder is how they went above and beyond animating a single post-action scene as though it were some gacha game trying to get you to crack open your wallet. That was midway through the game and was easily higher effort and quality than any single sex scene in this game.

It really is just lame. It's such an underwhelming and uninspired word, but nothing fits this game better. They give us uninspired and low effort porn, so it's only fitting to surmise it with equal gusto. It gets 2 stars instead of 3 because you're intended to pay for this bait and switch. I'd be personally pissed if I paid money under the assumption I'd be getting art on par with the cover...or even the normal character CG...or even the side character CG. But that's not what you get.

It's just lame.

A visual novel with actually pretty funny dialogue, an actually pretty good story, and all of the collab'ing artists make some really hot scenes. It's also convenient to get all of the game over scenes with a revert button. Personally, the content involved in the game is a huge fetish of mine, and if you like what you see in the pictures, there's a lot of it.

This game is hard for me to judge. Now, most people who come to F95zone are just looking for a fun porn game to play. And if that is all you are looking for, then Tayla’s Big Adventure is the game for you. You get to see Tayla be a bimbo and all the fun erotic scenes that entails.

Also love the vore in this game. While much more muted than the prequel, Champion of Venus, was still super fun to be given the option to see Tayla eat her goddess and store her in her stomach. So, if you do not like vore, can easily choose to skip the vore altogether and would not miss much in terms of images. The problem is the vore is, like I said earlier, very muted. You don’t get to see Tayla or her friends get to vore others. Which is a bit of a shame because Champion of Venus had some great art from all different creators. Though do understand this might be a monetary situation rather than a creative one.

Did love the voring guards though. Was super sexy seeing an end game with Tayla struggling in one of their bellies.

The story is…well there is a story. Now, the best part about the story is Tayla herself. Acting the brain-dead bimbo she has always been with a heart as big as her breasts. Able to help her sister break out of her shell without ever forcing her. Yet is also remarkably complex with knowing a lot about fashion and how to sell products. This is a woman with unique skills that is surprisingly believable. The problem is find myself struggling to even remember the story. I don’t remember why the detective is at this place or how Venus needs to investigate this place if she is sharing ‘energy’ with everyone.

Not a lot of interactivity, expected from a VN yeah. This whole thingie could just be a comic from hentai manga website and it would probably be better this way. The story is fitting, somewhat of a common troupe from western devs nowadays, slutty "warriors", aphrodisiac spells and gases, and the love gods. The illustrations look pretty, kinky enough for me anyways. It's a bit unfinished, could use more character sprites. The sex scenes mostly consist of two images - before and after cumming. It's fine, nothing too crazy.

Game Is short but the art Is amazing, the game Is still in V0.1 so hopefully when It Is completed It will be full of a lot more content but even in its current state It has a decent bit of content and Is def worth checking out
