I just downloaded it again, but I didn't find any problems...
Possible solutions:
1. Unzip the file in its original language (Japanese).
2. It must be due to outdated drivers on your computer.
3. You don't have the Japanese language pack installed on your computer.

That's the only thing I can think of given your problem.

Seems like a problem with the filenames. Maybe they've been unpacked them with the wrong encoding?

thank you for this help, man i fcked up a lot of these games and ended up deleting them and finding mtl ones since this Japanese characters were getting messed up with translation to English, thanks again bro you been a hero for me with this info
