I'm guessing your real question (you haven't been very clear).
I think you're talking about having the game show a picture of a character starting at their feet and scrolling up until you reach the head (it's called panning).

Basically you have a double height picture where you show the bottom half and then slowly pan up until you can see the top half instead.
Unless that isn't what you're asking... in which case... you'll need to ask the same question in a different way.
